Refund: a restocking fee of 15% of the total cost of the order will be implemented. Shipping cost cannot be refunded and the customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the items back to us.
Store Credit: no restocking fee will be applied. Shipping cost will not be included in the store credit and the customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the items back to us.
Exchange Return: you may request an exchange return if the product you received are damage or an error in our part in shipping. In this case, we will be responsible for the cost of the shipping for both return and exchange.
Before returning your merchandise, please contact us online via our Contact Us page and request for an RMA Form. Our RMA department will contact you via email, along with instruction on how to return your merchandise. Returns without an RMA number / form will be refused.
